Public Investigations

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Public Investigations are booked when an individual wants to share the building with other investigators.

Hill View Manor is offering the following types of investigations:

  • 8-hour Public Investigation
    $100* with 50% deposit due to book public investigation. Remainder due at the door, cash preferred.
  • 6-hour Public Investigation
    $80* with 50% deposit due to book public investigation. Remainder due at the door, cash preferred.
  • 4-hour Public Investigation (Sundays)
    $60* with 50% deposit due to book public investigation. Remainder due at the door, cash preferred.
  • 3-hour Public Investigation
    $45* with 50% deposit due to book public investigation.  Remainder due at the door, cash preferred.

What to expect:

Guests receive on most investigations (see individual event listings) a 1-1.5 hour Historical and Hot Spot Tour of the building followed by the investigation. These are mandatory even if you’ve already taken the tour previously.

Each individual will make a reservation on our Event Calendar and be responsible for payment. Waivers must be completed and signed by everyone that is attending the investigation. Our RULES have changed please review them before you book.

If you plan on filming or video recording paranormal evidence you must follow the guidelines outlined on our Waiver.

On Public Investigations recording includes:

  • Raw Photos taken during a tour and/or investigation
  • Unedited video of investigations (no video recordings of tours)
  • Raw Audio Recordings of investigations (no audio recordings of tours, classes, or special events)
 

Recordings Not Permitted:

  • Lewd behavior and inappropriate language are not allowed
  • Subject matter that is not paranormal in scope is not allowed to be recorded
  • Video and Audio Recordings of Tours are not permitted
  • Photos, Audio, and Video recordings of events and speakers are not permitted
  • Recordings (photograph, audio, or video) that are edited for public viewing on social media or websites are not permitted to be recorded on public events
  • LIVE Streaming is not permitted on Public events
 

Events are open to age 16 or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at ALL times.

Important Things to Know

  • Please review our “What to Expect” page before visiting Hill View Manor
  • Everyone must fill out and sign a waiver on the night of the investigation.
  • Everyone must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour time or you forfeit the 1.5 hr tour.
  • The building takes on outside temperatures please dress accordingly.
  • The building is nonsmoking. You may leave the building to smoke or retrieve items during the night. If you are not coming back in please notify the staff.
  • Staff members are available in the office during your investigation.
  • Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable. See Our Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Please See our special events page for additional public special events!
  • Private video recording of paranormal evidence for personal use (no editing used) is allowable as described in our Waiver. If you are recording and plan on adding credits, logo, voice overs, sound effects/music or any other editing to post to a website or social media or monetize you must email us beforehand at info@hauntedhillviewmanor.com.
