Rules

All participants must read and comply with all Rules and Regulations.

Anyone refusing to follow these Rules and Regulations will be escorted from the premises immediately AND WITHOUT refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

1. You are under video surveillance throughout the building and grounds.
2. All participants must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.  Special age restrictions are listed on the different events.
3. All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability.
4. There will be no live streaming or video recorded during public investigations, outside investigations, tours or classes.
5. No Ouija Boards, Séances, Cleansing, Smudging, or Crossing Over are allowed in our building or on the grounds.
6. Smoking or the use of ANY tobacco products is prohibited inside of the building.
7. No drugs or alcohol are permitted in the building or on the property. Anyone found using or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave peacefully and without a refund.  We will call law enforcement if necessary.
8. Areas posted or locked are for your safety and must not to be entered. Anyone caught in these areas will be escorted from the premises.  
9. Property and grounds of Hill View Manor are not to be disturbed. No digging, removal, or damage to plants, rocks, fencing, structures or monuments is allowed.  
10. Removal or damage (including altering, adjusting or moving) of any item that belongs to Hill View Manor in the building or on the grounds will result in immediate removal from the premises and legal action.
11. We reserve the right to check any and all personal  belongings if necessary.
12. No food or drink is allowed outside of the designated break room.
13. Only designated restrooms can be used during your event.
14. Sexual conduct or lewd behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the premises and legal action.
15. Hill View Manor reserves the rights to use for any commercial or entertainment reason all photographic images or video taken or recorded at Hill View Manor. All images or video are for personal use and may not be used for commercial or personal gain written permission of Hill View Manor Inc.
