Evidence Night Submission Page

Submit any evidence you’ve gotten from your visits to Hill View and be entered to win a prize during our Evidence Night on August 26th 2023. Evidence must be from Hill View Manor! Any evidence submitted outside of this form will not be counted, so make sure you submit your evidence using this form. If your evidence is too large to upload, please provide a link where we can access the evidence. The deadline to submit your evidence is August 11th, 2023 at 11:59pm. Any evidence submitted after this date will not be counted.
