Speaker Series and Mini Classes Registration
This year’s annual Hill-Con will host several respected speakers from a variety of paranormal fields. These experts will present compelling speeches and research for both the skeptic and believer. Pick the speaker sessions and mini classes individually or as a series.
Please register for the sessions by clicking the green form button above. You will pay for the events when you arrive on at the building.
A detailed confirmation and waiver will be emailed to you. Please bring both with you on August 22nd.

- Daniel Hageman – Local UFO Sightings (Noon)
Daniel Hageman is the director for The Butler Organization for Research of the Unexplained (B.O.R.U.) since 1982. The dedicated mission of BORU is to investigating and researching UFO activity and other unusual paranormal sightings in the Butler County and Western Pennsylvania area.
Dan has been interested in UFOs since the early age of 5 years of age. He has several UFO sightings in his lifetime and some of the sightings still haunt him to this day. Dan graduated from Butler Senior High in 1972 then served in the United States Navy. His tour of duty was aboard the aircraft carrier USS America CVA-66. After the service Dan attended the Butler County Community College and received a degree in photography and electronics.
- Angel Rae – Paranormal Etiquette (1 pm)
You must embrace the darkness to see the light. This talk will open your mind to the possibilities of after-life phenomena and guide you through proper etiquette, techniques for the modern investigator. Complete with personal experiences and haunted locations.
Angel Rae hails from a small town in Pennsylvania. She is a mother of two human children and two fur-babies. Nature is where you can find Miss Rae and writing is what you’ll find her doing. She writes fiction and nonfiction books, using her 30+ years experience in nature-based religions and the supernatural.
- Tony Lavorgne – Local Legends and Lore (2 pm)
Tony Lavorgne specializes in obscure paranormal and anthropological topics. He is an accomplished researcher, author, and public speaker on the subject of local Legends and Lore throughout Western Pennsylvania, Northwestern Virginia and Eastern Ohio. He is a contributing writer in the book Supernatural Lore of Pennsylvania. Tony is also co-author the book: Haunted Roads of Western Pennsylvania and authored: Astonishing Tales of Pennsylvania. Not only has Tony Lavorgne managed to put his hunting tales into words, he has put his chilling voice to work as he hosts Tony Lavorgne’s Legends and Lore podcast. The podcast is available on several channels including Apple, The Social Voice Project and iHeartRadio.
- Mary Fabian – Bigfoot Sightings (3 pm)
Mary Fabian has had Bigfoot encounters since age 12, and continues to actively research throughout the US to learn more about these magnificent, dangerous creatures using her woods knowledge, mentoring under knowledgeable researchers. Mary will be discussing recent sightings and encounters in the area.

Psychic Tour with Ryan Michaels
Be part of a 90 minute Psychic Tour with guest tour guide Ryan Michaels starting at 4:00 pm. Ryan will be using his extrasensory abilities to communicate with some of the spirits at Haunted Hill View Manor. You can register for the Psychic Tour here.
Bio of Ryan Michaels
Ryan Michaels is a psychic, medium, motivational speaker, paranormal researcher, consultant, writer, demonologist, exorcist, and TV presenter.
At 16, Ryan was featured on the season three finale of A&E’s Psychic Kids, Children of the Paranormal. In the episode titled The Lost Soul, Ryan, along with the help of a fellow teenage medium, and several mentors, used his gifts to help police uncover details and clues in an on-going missing person case. His mentor on the show was Chris Fleming.
Most Recently in 2019 Ryan returned as a mentor on the reboot of Psychic Kids.
Hill-Con Investigation with Eric Mintel
Join Eric Mintel from Bucks County Paranormal for a short presentation on ghost hunting and filming. After his talk he will be taking his team and filming an investigation. Participates may be asked to join in on the filming and must agree to filming policies of Bucks County Paranormal. You can register for Eric Mintel Hill-Con Investigation here.

With an interest in all things paranormal, jazz artist Eric Mintel founded Bucks County Paranormal Investigations (BCPI) in 2016. BCIP has evolved into producing videos for paranormal tourism. BCIP has gained a worldwide following and is shown on Amazon Fire TV and Princeton TV as well as BCIP’s Facebook Page.
Evening Investigation with Ron Murphy
Noted historian, storyteller and fellow investigator, Ron Murphy is back for a mix of haunted history and ghost stories at Hill View Manor. He will provide his insight into ghosts and hauntings then investigate with you. Don’t forget your ghost stories. You can register for the Evening Investigation here.
Bio of Ron Murphy
Ron Murphy has been investigating the unexplained for nearly 30 years now. He has appeared on TV series in both Canada and United States. He explores the paranormal from a multidisciplinary perspective: unique research, historic settings and religious perspective to fully understand the context of a haunting.
